Training wheels

Today we tried to get Owen to ride his bike without his training wheels. We had every piece of protective gear we could find on him! Paul got his training wheels off and then Owen decided he wasn't ready! I talked him in to letting me hold on to his bike while he rode in the grass, and that worked for a little while but then he said he was ready to put his training wheels back on. When Owen was 3 he would always tell us that when he was 4 he wasn't going to have training wheels anymore...now he says that he's not old enough yet and that when he's 5 we can take them off. :)
